Call Center Outbound Campaign:
Carhop, an auto finance company that relied on 800-number inbound calls, wanted to make it easier for potential customers to contact them. Their target demographic is one that generally does not have access to the web or emails and does not receive print media. It was their experience that many customers would see their display advertising, but, would be in an inconvenient location to discuss personal, loan-related information via phone.
2DigitMedia created an inbound text platform so customers could simply text our system at the point of sale ad, rather than call an 800 number. Our system would receive the text, then automatically forward an email with the customers phone number to Carhops call center. The customer received a return text message thanking them for their interest and telling them a representative would call them within 24 hours. Even if the callback came at another inconvenient time, the center had already captured customer contact information and could then make an appointment to talk at a more convenient time.
